This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made through Oniverce (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order on our website, you (“customer,” “you”) agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery

- The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging, tags, and accessories
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Products marked as non-returnable or final sale
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support within the eligible return period
- Provide order details and evidence (such as photos/videos)
- Wait for return approval and instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected
- If the product meets return eligibility criteria
Refund Methods:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued via bank transfer or mobile financial services (e.g., bKash/Nagad)
Processing Time:
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval
5. Exchange Policy
We may offer product exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product is defective or damaged
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and will be treated under the return process
8. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable customer
- رفض (refusal) to accept delivery
We reserve the right to cancel the order and deduct applicable delivery charges.
9. Fraud Prevention
Oniverce reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or abuse of the return system
- Excessive or unreasonable return patterns
10. Legal Compliance (Bangladesh)
This Policy is designed in accordance with applicable consumer protection and eCommerce practices in Bangladesh. Customers are entitled to rights provided under relevant laws, including fair treatment in cases of defective or misrepresented products.
