  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume

Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate shipment.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, political disruptions, or logistics delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Charges may vary based on location, order value, weight, and promotional offers
  • Free delivery may be offered on selected products or campaigns, subject to conditions

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

  • Courier or logistics partner issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of significant delays.


9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be canceled, and applicable shipping charges may be deducted from any refund.


10. Damaged or Missing Items

Customers must inspect the package upon delivery. If:

  • The package is visibly damaged
  • Items are missing or incorrect

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos). Claims made after this period may not be accepted.


11. Partial Deliveries

In certain cases, orders may be delivered in multiple shipments due to product availability or logistics constraints. Customers will be notified accordingly.


12. International Shipping

Currently, Oniverce does not offer international shipping, unless otherwise stated.
